Fundrme is an equity-free digital reward marketplace. Contributions made on this platform are payments for digital rewards offered by student creators — they are not investments, securities, shares, debentures, or any promise of financial return.

No backer acquires ownership, equity, profit share, or voting rights in any campus project listed on Fundrme, regardless of the amount contributed.

Creators must be enrolled students of a verified Indian institution, must upload a mandatory 60-second prototype clip before going live, and must deliver the rewards described in their published tiers.

Fundrme operates strictly as a zero-fee marketplace orchestrator. All transactions, split-routings, and tranches are processed securely by our RBI-authorized partner via the Razorpay Route network architecture. Fundrme never holds backer funds.

Early access means entry into private developer sandbox channels, interactive Figma wireframes, or local code streams — not a finalised production-ready application.
